We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Account Manager to join Mavlers' growing team. You will own client relationships end\-to\-end — from initial outreach to long\-term retention — while actively identifying opportunities to grow revenue through upselling and cross\-selling. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and client success.
Conduct in\-depth market research to understand client personas, industry trends, pain points, and opportunities. Serve as the primary point of contact for all client concerns, needs, and escalations. Develop deep expertise in Mavlers' service offerings to upsell and cross\-sell effectively. Drive new business and revenue through innovative growth techniques and strategic relationship\-building. Maintain positive long\-term client relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Monitor sales progress continuously against revenue goals and KPIs. Track and report all business\-related processes throughout the client funnel. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery. KEY
Handle and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly. Execute cold calls and warm outreach using creative, outside\-the\-box sales tactics. Build and maximize sales performance through strong, trust\-based client relationships. Represent Mavlers effectively through comprehensive knowledge of all service offerings. Monitor accounts to ensure services remain within budget and aligned with client expectations. Identify and engage key decision\-makers within client organizations. Proactively identify upsell, cross\-sell, and renewal opportunities. Provide structured, constructive feedback to marketing and tech operations teams. Generate detailed progress reports for clients and senior leadership. Manage the full sales cycle within HubSpot in a standardized, data\-driven process. Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas.
