Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, building strategic partnerships, and expanding business opportunities across UAE and international markets. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in sales and business development within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients
• Generate student admissions and business growth through direct sales and marketing initiatives
• Conduct professional virtual meetings, online presentations, and business discussions with local and international clients
• Build strong relationships with educational consultants, partners, and stakeholders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in UAE and global markets
• Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to execute promotional campaigns and lead generation activities
• Maintain accurate client databases, follow\-ups, and sales performance reports
• Represent the organization professionally with strong communication and presentation skills
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
• Analyze market trends and prepare sales reports for management review
• Travel for client meetings, partnership development, and business expansion activities when required

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in education sales, online school sales, business development, or partnership management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management abilities
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies
• Experience in handling international clients and virtual business meetings
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure to achieve targets
• Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and result\-driven personality
• Strong client relationship management and closing skills
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage
