We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals in the IT services domain. You will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting our software development (website and app), digital marketing, SEO, and other IT solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions, including software development, digital marketing, and SEO services.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends to identify new market opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in a CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3\+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of success in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, deal closing, and client retention.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with software development, digital marketing, and SEO services is a plus.
