Job Description

  • *Role :** Business Development Executive / B2B Sales Executive
  • *Location:** Chennai
  • *Work Mode:** Work from Home \+ Field Sales/Client Visits

  • *Industry:** Printing, Packaging, Labels, Holograms \& Anti\-Counterfeiting Solutions

Role \& Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for business development and B2B sales activities, including:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
  • Meet senior management and key decision\-makers to present Holoflex products and solutions.
  • Promote Holograms, Self\-Adhesive Labels, Blister Foils, Aluminium Foils, and other Anti\-Counterfeiting Products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate to close deals.
  • Identify key revenue\-generating opportunities for products and services.
  • Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, and other business events.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and follow\-up meetings.
  • Follow the defined sales process and maintain updates in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and statutory form collections.
  • *Candidate Requirements**
  • **Qualification:** MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • **Experience:** 1–3 years in B2B Sales.
  • Candidates from the **Printing, Packaging, Labels, Holograms, Flexible Packaging, or related industries** will have an added advantage.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
  • Self\-motivated and comfortable working independently from home.

. The selected candidate will **work from home** and handle **business development and field visits** within the assigned market.

  • *Laptop and connectivity support will be provided by the company.**

Salary

  • **Freshers:** Up to ₹45,000 per month
  • **Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience:** Up to ₹65,000 per month
  • *Job Type:** Full\-time
  • *Work Schedule:** Day Shift
  • *Work Mode:** Work from Home \+ Field Sales

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
