Job Description

  • *Hiring**: IT Support Executive \| Bangalore
  • *Location:** Bangalore (On\-site)
  • *Position:** IT Support Executive
  • *Reporting To:** Manager – Warehouse
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Configure laptops/desktops, image devices, and manage user access.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Teams, video conferencing, and remote work tools.
  • Provide on\-site and remote IT support to end users.
  • Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
  • Perform system updates, software installations, and configuration changes.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
  • Monitor data backups, antivirus, patch management, and endpoint security.
  • Manage support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • *Eligibility**
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Helpdesk.
  • Hands\-on experience with **Windows and macOS**.
  • Good knowledge of **Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory**.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, email, and network issues.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT documentation.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
