Job Description
- *Hiring**: IT Support Executive \| Bangalore
- *Location:** Bangalore (On\-site)
- *Position:** IT Support Executive
- *Reporting To:** Manager – Warehouse
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure laptops/desktops, image devices, and manage user access.
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, video conferencing, and remote work tools.
- Provide on\-site and remote IT support to end users.
- Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.
- Monitor data backups, antivirus, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
- *Eligibility**
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Helpdesk.
- Hands\-on experience with **Windows and macOS**.
- Good knowledge of **Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory**.
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, email, and network issues.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT documentation.
- Strong communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
