About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates who are passionate about sales, marketing, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business development materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Support the achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Freshers and junior\-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self\-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
