Business Development Executive (BDE)

• *About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Fintech Sales Executive** to drive sales growth, onboard clients, and build long\-term business relationships for our financial technology products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of digital payments/financial services, and a passion for achieving targets.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and onboard new clients, channel partners, and resellers for fintech products.
• Promote services such as **Pay\-In/Payment Gateway, Pay\-Out, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, and API Solutions**.
• Generate and manage leads through field visits, calls, digital outreach, and networking.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and follow\-ups with potential customers.
• Maintain client records, sales reports, and pipeline management in CRM/spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with the technical and onboarding team for merchant activation and support.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Stay updated with competitors, product trends, RBI guidelines, and digital payment market trends.
