Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.
Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.
Ensuring all deadlines are met.
Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.
Working closely with project managers, design managers, estimators, and senior personnel.
Conducting team briefings once bids have been secured.
Cross\-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, product, content, Finance and legal teams for collation of data and alignment to ensure all necessary regulatory checks are followed.
Maintain proper documentation and a central tender repository with both digital and physical copies
Maximize win rate through timely engagement of required stakeholders, both internal and external
Create Ad\-hoc reports and summary for presentation to Senior Leadership
BBA, B.Com or BCA graduates or pursuing students can also apply.
