HavStrategy is a data\-driven D2C and performance growth agency in Sector 135, Noida. We help fashion, lifestyle, beauty, luxury and consumer brands grow through performance marketing, social media, content, influencer marketing and creative strategy.

• *About the Role**

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate new D2C brand clients for our agency services – performance marketing, social media, content and creative.

• *What You Will Do**

• Identify and prospect D2C, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands via LinkedIn, email and calls
• Run outreach campaigns, book discovery calls and pitch HavStrategy’s services
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks and pricing with the strategy team
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM, follow up and close deals
• Build long\-term relationships with founders and marketing heads

• *Who You Are**

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development or inside sales (agency/SaaS experience preferred)
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong pitching skills
• Understanding of digital marketing services and D2C brands
• Target\-driven, organised and comfortable with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace
