About the Role
Baynine Ventures LLP is looking for a highly motivated and execution\-oriented Business Development professional to drive strategic partnerships and institutional alliances. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating growth opportunities, and working closely with founders in a fast\-paced startup environment.
You will be responsible for expanding our network across special needs schools, therapy centres, NGOs, wellness clinics, corporates, and other institutions while driving business growth and revenue through strategic collaborations.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning \& Growth
- Develop and execute the business development and partnership roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new opportunities and verticals for institutional partnerships.
- Build and strengthen a scalable partner ecosystem to drive business growth.
Partnership Development
- Establish and manage relationships with schools, healthcare providers, NGOs, corporates, and wellness institutions.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial partnership models.
- Negotiate and close strategic alliances, contracts, and MOUs.
Field Operations \& Execution
- Conduct field visits and partner reviews to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor partner engagement, training, activations, and service delivery.
- Address partner concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Revenue \& Performance Management
- Drive revenue generation through partner channels and institutional collaborations.
- Monitor acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline visibility using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
Cross\-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support go\-to\-market initiatives.
- Collaborate on sales collateral, presentations, campaigns, and partner communication materials.
- Share market insights and partner feedback to improve products and business strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Institutional Sales, or Alliance Management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands\-on execution approach.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Education, Insurance, CSR, or EdTech sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
