Are you a results\-driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving business growth? Join **Bizfoc Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.** as a **Senior Business Development Advisor** and play a key role in expanding our client base while delivering value\-driven business solutions.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong B2B sales pipeline.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance, taxation, licensing, and business advisory solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions.
  • Build and maintain long\-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends and mentor junior business development team members when required.
  • *What We're Looking For**
  • 6 months \- 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Professional Services, Fintech, Taxation, Compliance, Banking, Consulting, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.
  • Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working in a fast\-paced environment.
