• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a **Executive – Accounts \& Finance** with strong experience in managing **client accounting and compliance** activities. The ideal candidate should possess good practical exposure in accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliances, preferably from a CA firm background.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Independently handle **client accounting**, including bookkeeping, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review **financial statements**, MIS, and management reports.
• Manage **invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable** processes for clients.
• Handle **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance** activities.
• Prepare and review **monthly and annual reports** for clients.
• Coordinate with clients for data collection, clarifications, and timely submissions.
• Assist in **audit preparation** and liaise with auditors for client\-related requirements.
• Support in **budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning**.
• Ensure all statutory deadlines are met with accuracy and professionalism.

• *Desired Candidate Profile:**

• **Experience:** Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• **Qualification:**
• **CA Dropout** candidates are welcome.
• OR candidates with strong experience working in a **CA firm** handling multiple clients.
• Proficiency in **Tally, MS Excel**, and other accounting tools.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client\-handling skills.
