As a Business Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations — handling premium clients, closing high\-value deals, and contributing directly to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• *Build and maintain strong relationships with clients**

• *Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties**

• *Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure**

• *Conduct site visits and meetings across Bangalore**

• *Coordinate with builders and developers**

• *Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets**

• *Maintain a strong pipeline and follow\-up system**

What We’re Looking For

• *2\+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development**

• *Excellent communication and negotiation skills**

• *Strong closing ability with a target\-driven mindset**

• *Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage**

• *Leadership qualities and team\-handling potential**
