About the Role
Cloud Dreams is seeking a motivated and results\-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client communication, business growth, and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and online platforms
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Present and explain Cloud Dreams' services, including website development, web design, SEO, digital marketing, branding, and eCommerce solutions
- Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and discussions
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and client\-handling abilities
- Ability to generate and convert leads
- Good presentation and business communication skills
- Strong follow\-up and relationship\-building skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development processes
- Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, or IT services will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good organizational and time\-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, web development company, or service\-based business is preferred
- Strong confidence in client interaction and business communication
- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated personality
- Candidates from Coimbatore or nearby locations preferred
