Business Development Executive (BDE)

bout the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their requirements, pitching our services, and converting leads into successful enrollments/sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills with a strong focus on achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
• Convert assigned leads into successful sales/admissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Generate referrals and identify opportunities for business growth.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow\-ups.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer relationship management is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
