We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and help expand the company's client base. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow\-up communications.
- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
- Graduate or MBA (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Confidence in cold calling and client communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Office is a plus.
