Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our International Process. The candidate will be responsible for end\-to\-end sales activities including lead generation, client communication, pitching digital marketing services, negotiation, and closing international deals.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, strong fluency, confidence, and the ability to handle international clients professionally.
Roles \& Responsibilities
- Generate international leads through various platforms and business channels.
- Handle end\-to\-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch company services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, Branding, and Lead Generation services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long\-term business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain proper follow\-ups and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and project understanding.
- Prepare reports and maintain sales records.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong fluency and professional communication.
- Good understanding of sales and business development process.
- Confident personality with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing services will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management tools preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in International Sales/BDE process preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
