Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners and explain Entri's courses and offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and sales techniques.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / Diploma / Postgraduate
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
• Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, EdTech, or Customer Support is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday – Work From Office
• Saturday – Work From Home
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
