Business Development Executive (BDE)

• Make outbound calls to companies and recruitment agencies across international markets to inquire about manpower requirements
• Introduce and promote company services related to manpower supply and recruitment
• Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients and partners
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and client interactions
