• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** with at least 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the **Digital Marketing industry**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate should be presentable, proactive, and capable of driving business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and update sales records and reports.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.
• Experience in the **Digital Marketing industry is mandatory/preferred**.
• Fluency in **Kannada, Hindi, and English**.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong marketing and business development abilities.
• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and work in a fast\-paced environment.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Candidates residing near **Hoodi, Bangalore** are preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate to the Hoodi area may also apply.
