Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, consultants, and direct homeowners.
Generate qualified leads through networking, site visits, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, and cold calling.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, and channel partners.
Follow up on inquiries and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the residential elevator segment.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
