We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience looking to develop a career in sales and business development.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify and research potential clients and markets
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and in\-person meetings
• Pitch company services/products to generate leads and close deals
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients
• Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations
• Maintain client records and track sales activities using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

• *Key Skills \& Competencies:**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and target\-driven
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for client meetings (if required)

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
