Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our growing team. Candidates with prior experience in **EdTech sales/business development** and strong field sales exposure are encouraged to apply.

This role involves lead generation, client interaction, field visits, relationship building, and achieving business targets across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling
• Conduct face\-to\-face meetings, presentations, and demos
• Convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Maintain regular follow\-ups and sales records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
• Travel within assigned locations as required

Candidate Requirements

✔ Minimum 1\+ years experience in Business Development / Field Sales

✔ Previous EdTech experience preferred/required

✔ Karnataka candidates only

✔ Kannada language proficiency mandatory

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets

✔ Two\-wheeler mandatory

✔ Valid Driving License mandatory

✔ Comfortable with field sales and travel
