Business Development Executive (BDE)- Kottayam Region

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Medical Representative / Business Development Executive** to promote our healthcare products and expand our market presence in **Kottayam Region**. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and pharmacies while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and generate sales for surgical products in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, doctors, hospitals, and distributors
• Conduct regular doctor calls and hospital visits
• Present product features, benefits, and usage effectively
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market feedback and competitor activity details
• Ensure timely payment collection and follow\-up
• Maintain daily call reports and sales records

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
• Candidates with experience in surgical or pharma sales will have added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
