  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients through multiple outreach channels
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable service solutions
  • Maintain and update CRM, marketing pipeline, and project management tools
  • Track KPIs and maintain performance reports
  • Stay updated on company services and industry trends
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • *Qualifications \& Skills**
  • Strong English communication (verbal \& written)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, CRM tools, databases)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Confident, charismatic, and proactive personality
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing industry standards
  • **Preferred:** Candidate with a personal laptop (required for 2\-hour night WFH shift)
