  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Manage the end\-to\-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews.
  • Prepare job descriptions and assist in hiring the right candidates across departments.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation in digital systems.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in implementing performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns proactively.
  • Support payroll, attendance tracking, and HR administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and development initiatives.
  • *Qualifications \& Skills**
  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Basic understanding of **HR functions, recruitment, and employee lifecycle**.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of **payroll, attendance systems, and HR tools** (preferred).
  • Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices (preferred).
  • Self\-driven and able to work independently.
