We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Executive (Senior BDE) with in\-depth knowledge of web and mobile app technologies and a proven track record in lead generation and client communication. The ideal candidate should be well\-versed in platforms such as Upwork, PPH (PeoplePerHour), Guru, and LinkedIn, with strong skills in proposal writing, client follow\-ups, and pre\-sales coordination. This role will focus on driving qualified leads, managing initial communication, and supporting the conversion pipeline**.**
· Manage the **entire sales lifecycle** from lead generation to successful **lead conversion and onboarding**.
· Proactively reach out to potential clients via **Upwork, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn**, understand their project requirements, and initiate communication.
· Prepare detailed and persuasive **proposals, quotations, and technical documentation** tailored to client needs.
· Conduct client meetings (email, chat, video calls) to discuss project scope, timelines, and value propositions.
· Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service offerings.
· Maintain and nurture strong relationships with prospects through timely follow\-ups and communication.
· Close deals effectively and hand over converted projects to the delivery team with all necessary documentation.
· Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
