- *Job Title:** Senior Golang Systems Architect / Core Engine Lead
- *Location:** Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid/Remote)
We are building a massive, next\-generation Multi\-Tenant SaaS Spatio\-Temporal Operating System. This is an "Operating System for Physical Reality"—a unified, real\-time dispatch state machine that coordinates the physics of moving objects, whether that object is a pizza, a freight truck, a taxi, or an ambulance.
Our core engine is an abstract, highly concurrent Golang meta\-kernel handling real\-time allocation, tracking, and routing across 20\+ distinct verticals (including 100 emergency services, heavy B2B logistics, commercial delivery, and telecom). The Go kernel handles the high\-throughput, low\-latency "physics" of the platform, feeding a Python machine learning brain, a React admin plane, and a polymorphic Flutter mobile shell. We host directly on our own high\-density, bare\-metal Dell PowerEdge R660xs servers running a local K3s cluster.
- *The Role \& Key Responsibilities**
- **Own the Meta\-Kernel:** Architect, expand, and maintain the core, lock\-free Golang dispatch engine. You will treat the entire battlespace of supply and demand as a strict mathematical optimization problem.
- **Spatio\-Temporal Engineering:** Manage high\-frequency location streaming ingestion. Implement and maintain our in\-memory **Uber H3 spatial indexer** and integrate our internally hosted **Valhalla Routing Engine** using high\-performance bindings.
- **Enforce Strict Multi\-Tenancy:** Architect database access layers and memory caching models that guarantee flawless data isolation. You will implement multi\-tenant routing meshes down to the individual Redis key and configure **PostgreSQL \+ PostGIS Row\-Level Security (RLS)** to keep tenant workloads strictly partitioned.
- **Eliminate Latency \& GC Pressure:** Profile, benchmark, and optimize the Go runtime using pprof flame graphs. You will replace high\-overhead heap allocations with zero\-copy byte serialization, lock\-sharded memory structures, and object recycling arrays (sync.Pool) to eliminate Garbage Collection pauses under heavy load.
- **Implement Hard Preemption:** Code the multi\-tiered priority ring buffers required for mission\-critical operations. When a Tier\-0 emergency (100/Ambulance) payload hits the kernel, your system must execute hard hardware preemption to freeze lower\-priority logistics threads and dedicate 100% of physical CPU cycles to the intercept calculation.
- **Lead the Gatekeeping:** Define the global system vocabulary using Protocol Buffers (Protobuf) and expand our **Sovereign Dev Rig (SDR)** code\-generation CLI. You will set up the architectural sandboxes, automated linters, and strict gRPC boundaries so that our junior developers can write secondary features safely without introducing technical debt into the core kernel.
- *Technical Requirements (Must\-Haves)**
- **Experience:** Minimum 7\+ years of professional backend software engineering, with at least 4\+ years of dedicated, production\-grade experience building low\-latency, distributed systems natively in **Golang**.
- **Concurrency Mastery:** Deep, unyielding knowledge of Go’s concurrency primitives. You must know when to use channels vs. sync/atomic operations, how to manage complex goroutine lifecycles, and how to write race\-free, high\-throughput memory\-mapped caching structures.
- **Data Layer Expertise:** Advanced proficiency with **Redis** (for high\-frequency spatial caching and pub/sub routing) and **PostgreSQL \+ PostGIS** for transactional, geographical data sovereignty.
- **API Architecture:** In\-depth experience designing high\-performance **gRPC and Protocol Buffer**communication schemas for inter\-service communication.
- **Systems Mindset:** Strong understanding of Linux systems programming, memory allocation patterns, network socket buffer optimization, and asynchronous I/O loops.
- *Preferred Skills (Bonus)**
- Experience with cgo or interfacing Go directly with C\+\+ libraries (like Valhalla).
- Background in writing automated infrastructure code, load\-testing harnesses (e.g., k6, vegeta), or working closely with container orchestration tools (K3s/Nomad) running directly on physical bare\-metal hardware.
- Practical exposure to geospatial algorithms, matrix routing calculations, or routing topology graphs.
- Total architectural authority over a deeply complex, high\-performance physical orchestration infrastructure.
- A distraction\-free, engineering\-first environment working directly with high\-performance enterprise server infrastructure.
- The opportunity to solve hard, foundational computer science problems (high concurrency, strict latency tolerances, zero\-allocation memory pooling).
- Competitive compensation and a critical stake in the launch and expansion of a multi\-vertical infrastructure platform.
