As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging prospects through multiple channels, qualifying opportunities, and booking demos for the sales team. You will play a critical role in building Outboundry's sales pipeline and driving revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, prospecting, relationship building, and working in a fast\-paced startup environment.
Prospecting \& Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries and markets.
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, databases, and other prospecting tools.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach campaigns.
Outbound Sales Activities
- Engage prospects through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns to drive responses and meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
- Qualify leads based on ICP criteria and buying intent.
Demo Booking \& Pipeline Management
- Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives or founders.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM.
- Track outreach performance and pipeline progression.
- Ensure timely follow\-up and lead nurturing.
Relationship Building
- Develop strong relationships with prospects and decision\-makers.
- Understand customer challenges and effectively communicate Outboundry's value proposition.
- Handle basic objections and qualify opportunities.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to provide market feedback.
- Contribute ideas to improve outbound strategies, messaging, and conversion rates.
- Support customer acquisition initiatives and growth campaigns.
Must\-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and research abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting cold outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and modern sales tools.
- Highly organized and self\-motivated.
- Ability to work from the office in Ahmedabad.
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS products.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Familiarity with outbound sales methodologies and sales engagement tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email outreach.
