Salesforce QA Engineer

• *About the Role**We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Salesforce QA Engineer with 2\.5–3\.5 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce testing, along with exposure to multi\-platform testing (web, mobile, and integrations). The candidate should possess a solid understanding of test automation concepts, be comfortable leveraging modern testing tools, and demonstrate a strong learning mindset. Experience working in Agile environments and a good foundation in software testing principles are essential.

• *Key Responsibilities**Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end\-to\-end testing for Salesforce applications and related platforms.

Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom objects, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

Execute testing across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, APIs, and third\-party systems.

Design, create, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data.

Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Support automation initiatives by contributing to automation frameworks and identifying test cases suitable for automation.

Utilize modern QA tools for test management, defect tracking, API testing, automation, and performance validation.

Continuously improve testing processes and recommend quality best practices.

• *Required Skills \& QualificationsSalesforce Testing**2\.5–3\.5 years of hands\-on QA experience with at least 2\+ years in Salesforce testing.

Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configurations.

Experience testing Salesforce customizations, workflows, flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, and integrations.

• *Testing Fundamentals**Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and exploratory testing.

Knowledge of test design techniques and defect lifecycle management.

Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into comprehensive test scenarios.

• *Multi\-Platform Testing**Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.

Understanding of cross\-browser and cross\-device testing approaches.

Familiarity with integration testing involving multiple systems.

• *Automation \& Tools**Understanding of automation testing concepts and frameworks.

Nice to Have :\- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, or similar.

Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

• *Agile \& Collaboration**Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross\-functional teams.

• *Preferred Qualifications**Exposure to Salesforce automation testing.

Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices.

Experience with SQL and data validation testing.

Understanding of cloud\-based applications and SaaS platforms.

Salesforce certifications or QA\-related certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
