We are a leading carpet manufacturing company looking to build a dedicated Tele Sales team to handle inbound and outbound domestic calls. This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our carpet products. No special training or prior experience is required—basic skills and a willingness to learn are sufficient.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to carpet products
Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
Explain product features such as material, design, size, and pricing
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable carpet solutions
Generate leads and close domestic sales
Maintain basic call records and customer details in the system
Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team for order processing and follow\-ups
Eligibility \& Requirements
No prior experience or special training required
Basic computer knowledge (calling systems, data entry, simple CRM usage)
Good spoken Hindi and Punjabi
Basic English communication skills
Confident, polite, and customer\-focused communication style
Salary \& Benefits
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on performance)
