We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to lead business growth for our EV charging products and solutions.

*Role Overview**

The Sales Manager will be responsible for lead generation, customer follow\-ups, business development, calling, sales closures, and relationship management for Cargar’s EV charging products and services.

Experience in EV charging infrastructure, especially DC fast charger sales, will be a strong advantage.

*Key Responsibilities**

Generate and manage leads across real estate, fleet operators, corporates, fuel stations, dealerships, and government sectors
Conduct cold calling, customer outreach, and follow\-ups
Manage the complete sales pipeline from inquiry to closure
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
Coordinate product demonstrations and pilot discussions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
Work closely with the founder’s office and technical team for deployments
Maintain CRM and sales reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

*Requirements**

2\+ years experience in sales/business development
Experience in EV industry or DC fast charger sales is a strong plus (\+\+ advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
Self\-driven and target\-oriented mindset
Ability to handle B2B sales cycles
Knowledge of EV ecosystem, charging infrastructure, or energy sector preferred
