Salary Structure

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
• Freshers: Salary will be offered based on interview performance, communication skills, and marketing knowledge

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an energetic and target\-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – Marketing to generate leads, develop client relationships, and support company sales and marketing activities. The candidate will play a key role in expanding business opportunities and increasing company revenue.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Generate and qualify leads for company products/services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow\-ups.
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long\-term partnerships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• *Marketing Activities**

• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage social media inquiries and online branding efforts.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and business events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/software.

• *Reporting**

• Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client communication.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Self\-motivated and target\-oriented approach.

• *Qualification**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred but not mandatory.

• *Experience**

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
