Role: Business Development Executive (Project/B2B Sales)
Role Summary : We are hiring a Business Development Executive– Project/B2B Sales to lead project sales. The role involves driving builder/developer sales, and delivering qualified closures through strategic partnerships for market expansion.
● B2B Sales: Connect with Developers and Builder segment and close the deals.
● Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard key clients such as builders, developers, architects, contractors, and institutional partners.
● Pipeline Development: Build a strong funnel of ongoing and upcoming projects through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping.
● Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, project trends, and new developments to refine sales strategies.
● At least 6 months of field sales experience.
● Strong communication and stakeholder management.
● Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, maintain enthusiasm, and stay motivated in a competitive environment.
● Client\-Centric Approach: Ability to build and sustain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹350,000\.00 per year
