We are seeking a proactive and responsible Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage business development activities, coordinate with internal teams, handle client communications, and support project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with basic knowledge of Digital Services.
\* Manage and monitor the daily activities of Telecallers and Marketing Executives.
\* Collect, review, and maintain daily performance reports from team members.
\* Follow up regularly with the sales and marketing team to ensure targets and activities are completed on time.
\* Train and guide newly joined marketing and telecalling staff regarding company services, sales processes, and lead management.
\* Initiate business development activities and actively participate in lead generation and client acquisition.
\* Communicate with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and follow\-ups whenever required.
\* Handle client requirements professionally and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
\* Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
\* Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
\* Maintain records of leads, client interactions, project status, and business development activities.
\* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for company growth.
\* Collaborate with management to improve sales strategies and business processes.
\* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
\* 1\-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, Marketing, or Team Management.
\* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
\* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
\* Ability to handle multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously.
\* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and online collaboration tools.
