Business Development Executive (BDE)

1Stay is hiring a motivated and energetic **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to help onboard hostels, PGs, flats, and rental property owners onto our growing property management and rental platform.

As a BDE, you will play a key role in expanding 1Stay’s presence by connecting with property owners, explaining our platform, generating leads, and helping customers digitize their rental operations using 1Stay PMS.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with hostel, PG, and rental property owners
• Generate leads through field visits, calls, and local networking
• Explain and demonstrate 1Stay PMS features to customers
• Onboard new properties onto the platform
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into active users
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and support
• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets

Requirements

• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and software platforms
• Self\-motivated, confident, and target\-oriented
• Ability to speak English and Hindi/Telugu is preferred
