Job Description
- *JOB SUMMARY**
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to support business operations by meeting customers, conducting field visits, generating leads, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer\-focused approach, and be willing to travel within the assigned location.
- *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Visit customers and clients as per the assigned schedule.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and address their queries promptly.
- Collect and update customer information accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Submit daily activity and visit reports.
- Achieve assigned field activity and sales targets.
- Responsible for converting leads into successful closures, achieving assigned sales targets, and earning performance\-based incentives.
- *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a valid two\-wheeler driving license and own a two\-wheeler. Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
