Job Description

  • *JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Executive to support business operations by meeting customers, conducting field visits, generating leads, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer\-focused approach, and be willing to travel within the assigned location.

  • *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
  • Visit customers and clients as per the assigned schedule.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and address their queries promptly.
  • Collect and update customer information accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Submit daily activity and visit reports.
  • Achieve assigned field activity and sales targets.
  • Responsible for converting leads into successful closures, achieving assigned sales targets, and earning performance\-based incentives.
  • *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Must possess a valid two\-wheeler driving license and own a two\-wheeler. Willingness to travel within the assigned location.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
