We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and business development. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's products or services.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
  • Understand customer requirements and communicate them to the sales team.
  • Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and email.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Self\-motivated and target\-oriented.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or any relevant field.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
