Coordination / Customer Relationship Roles
We are looking for energetic and business\-oriented individual who can understand products and services, contribute to sales strategy discussions, and actively work with leads from initial contact to onboarding.
The role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify the right target audience, improve positioning, refine sales pitches, and help convert leads into successful onboardings.
- Understand products and services in detail (training will be provided)
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand target audience behavior and

- Contribute ideas for sales pitches, outreach strategies, and lead engagement
- Take ownership of assigned leads and follow up consistently
- Handle tele\-calls, WhatsApp communication, and in\-person meetings with prospective clients
- Evaluate candidate/client eligibility for the relevant product or service
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with senior executives or evaluators
- Follow up on evaluation outcomes and assist clients through the onboarding process
- Maintain CRM updates, lead tracking, and communication records properly
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication and

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and meetings
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or customer handling
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly
- Organized follow\-up and coordination ability

- Exposure to telecalling, inside sales, digital marketing, counselling, or client\-facing roles
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or lead management
