Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Craft compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with delivery capabilities.
Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience in bidding on freelance platforms.
Strong understanding of Upwork and similar marketplaces.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze project requirements and submit winning proposals.
Self\-driven, detail\-oriented, and target\-focused approach.
