• *Job Description:**

Prime Growth Academy is looking for a driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle outbound sales for online courses and actively build college collaborations and partnerships.

This role requires a mix of inside sales (calling \& follow\-ups) and field activity (visiting colleges, institutes, and academic partners).

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote and enroll students in online courses
• Pitch programs clearly and close enrollments
• Visit colleges, universities, and institutes to explore collaboration opportunities
• Build relationships with placement cells, training \& development heads, and faculty coordinators
• Present Prime Growth Academy’s programs for workshops, internships, and certification tie\-ups
• Identify partnership opportunities for bulk enrollments
• Maintain follow\-ups with academic partners and convert them into long\-term collaborations
• Track sales and partnership activity using CRM or reporting tools
• Achieve assigned sales and collaboration targets

• *Requirements:**

• Experience in outbound sales / EdTech sales / institutional sales preferred
• Willingness to travel locally for college meetings and presentations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident presenter and negotiator
• Target\-driven mind\-set
