Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) – Real Estate Specialist to support our growing business operations.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Generate and manage real estate sales leads
• Handle client inquiries and maintain regular follow\-ups
• Conduct property presentations and site visits
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and channel partners
• Explain project details, pricing, and investment opportunities to clients
• Negotiate and close real estate deals
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
• Generate business through referral contacts and networking
• Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
• Achieve monthly business targets

Required Skills
