• *Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
• Responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, revenue growth, Deal closure for healthcare outsource services.
• Pitching medical billing, RCM solutions , coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and business growth.

• *Skills and Qualification:**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 \- 8 Years of experience in business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends, knowledge for international market research.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Project management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Must have skills in lead generation, revenue growth and new business development.

• *Note** : Must have experience in Medical Billing and Medical Coding Lead generation

Work Location: In person
