We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our team and play a key role in expanding our reach and impact.

• *Role Description**

This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Business Development Executive.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-oriented individual to join our team and play a key role in driving our growth and expansion. He/ She will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The person will also be responsible for implementing marketing / sales strategies, and meeting sales targets along with market research and analysis.

• *Responsibilities:**

• **Prospecting and lead generation:** Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online marketing.
• **Client relationship management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
• **Sales and proposal development:** Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of WLC's services.
• **Negotiate and close deals:** Secure new business contracts by negotiating terms and conditions that are beneficial for both WLC and the client.
• **Develop and implement sales strategies:** Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• **Maintain accurate records and reports:** Track sales progress, manage client data, and prepare reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• **Contribute to marketing initiatives:** Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that target potential clients.
• **Marketing Materials**: Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• **Manage brand positioning**, identity and messaging.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3\-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education or language services industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving growth.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer realted skills.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
