Job Description
- *Job Title: Business Development Executive**

- *Job Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Business Development Executive** to drive business growth across our Real Estate and Construction verticals. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management, and business development, with a strong understanding of the real estate market.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Real Estate and Construction sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, architects, consultants, contractors, investors, and corporate clients.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve business development targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
- *Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- *Requirements**
- **5\+ years of experience** in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the **Real Estate or Construction industry**.
- Proven ability to generate business and build long\-term client relationships.
- Strong network with developers, builders, architects, consultants, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- *Preferred Candidate**
Candidates with experience in real estate developers, construction companies, infrastructure firms, or project sales will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000\.00 per month
