• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Finance Secretary** to work closely with the Managing Director and support key finance and business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in statutory compliance, and the ability to manage financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain books of accounts, financial records, and cash flow.
• Support the Managing Director with financial analysis, reporting, and administrative activities.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini to improve productivity and reporting efficiency.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
