We Are Hiring: Business development Executive

Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai

Experience: Minimum 2 Year

Languages: Hindi Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR managed services such as Payroll Management, HRMS solutions, Compliance Management, and HR Outsourcing services.
• Promote and sell service\-based HR solutions to organizations across various industries.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Understand client HR, payroll, and compliance requirements and propose suitable managed service solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and client presentations for HRMS and payroll platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and key decision\-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with operations, payroll, and HR teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and CRM records.
• Stay updated with market trends, HR technology solutions, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• **Hindi is Mandatory**
• Minimum 1year of experience in Business Development / Inside sales within a service\-based organization/ Saas Sales / Software sales.
• Experience in selling in HRMS platforms selling, HR outsourcing will be added advantage
• Good understanding of HR processes including payroll management and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effectively.
• Target\-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹550,000\.00 per year
