Job Title: HR Recruiter Car Showroom

Location: Tiruppur

Experience: 1\+ Year

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, field hiring, and recruitment drives.
• Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue\-collar candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.

• *Required Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum **1 year of recruitment experience**.
• Hands\-on experience in **blue\-collar or Manufacturing** is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and WorkIndia.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
