In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and consulting them on career upskilling programs. • *Key Responsibilities**

• **Prospecting \& Outreach:** Connect with potential candidates and working professionals via phone calls, email, and virtual meetings to present educational programs.
• **Consultative Sales:** Understand candidates' educational and professional backgrounds to pitch suitable programs that align with their career goals.
• **Pipeline Management:** Maintain and update candidate data, pipeline progress, and conversion status in the internal CRM.
• **Deal Closure:** Guide prospects through the admissions process, address inquiries, overcome objections, and complete enrollment targets.
• **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets and performance metrics.

• *Key Requirements \& Eligibility**

• **Experience:** 0 to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or Customer Operations.
• **Education:** B.Tech (Technical), B.Com/BBA (Non\-Technical)
• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; strong active listening and persuasion skills.
• **Work Setup:** 100% On\-site working model from our Gurugram office.

• *Shift Details \& Work Environment**

• **Office Location:** Gurugram, Haryana 122001\.
• **Shift Timings:** Fixed Day Shift (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• **Work Days:** 5\-day work week (Fixed weekday off days).

Pay: ₹700,000\.00 \- ₹1,140,000\.00 per year
