Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results\-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads through field work. Candidates with knowledge of stainless steel fasteners and experience in mechanical/industrial products will be preferred
Roles \& Responsibilities Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients in the traders market.
Required Skills \& Qualifications Mechanical or Engineering background preferred (Graduates: BBA, BBM, BMS, BCOM and MBA can also apply) **Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the traders or industrial market.**
Preferred Attributes **Prior experience working with industrial traders or distributors.** Knowledge of mechanical/industrial products. **Ability to manage multiple clients and follow\-up efficiently.** Candidate needs to have Phone and Laptop
Compensation
As per industry standards and based on experience.
Pay: ₹28,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
